INVITATION FOR BIDS
Procurement of works:
Rainwater Harvesting – Drought Mitigation Project

The Ministry of Science, Energy, Telecommunications and Transport (MSETT) now invites eligible and qualified Contractors to submit bids for the captioned.
Funding: Funding will be provided by the Government of Jamaica
Procurement Method: Open Bidding – National Competitive Bidding
Eligibility Criteria:
- Proof of Current Registration with the Public Procurement Commission (PPC)
- Evidence of Valid Tax Compliance (presentation of Tax Compliance Letter and/or Certificate)
Availability of Bidding Document: Bidding Document will be available for download on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 on the Government Electronic Procurement Platform – www.gojep.gov.jm.
Bid Validity Period: 120 days after bid closing date
Pre-Bid Meeting: A pre-bid meeting / site visit will take place at MSETT at 36 Trafalgar Road, Kingston 10, Tuesday, November 28, 2023 at 1000 Hours (10:00 a.m.)
Clarification: The deadline for request for clarification is Friday, December 8, 2023 at 1000 Hours (10:00 a.m.).
Deadline: Tenders must be submitted on the Government Electronic Procurement Platform no later than Thursday, December 14, 2023 2023 2:00 PM, (1400 Hours) Jamaica Time.
Late submissions will be automatically rejected.
Online tenders will only be made available and accepted via the Government Electronic Procurement Platform (www.gojep.gov.jm). No hard copies will be accepted, as there will be no tender box available for the submission of tender documents.
To participate in this tender opportunity, suppliers must be registered and trained to use the Electronic Procurement System at www.gojep.gov.jm.
