Eligibility Criteria
Valid Tax Compliance Certificate (TCC) or Tax Compliance Letter (TCL). Valid Public Procurement Commission Certificate (PPC) in the category/grade: Electrical Works: Grade 1 or 2; OR Civil Engineering Works: Grade 1 or 2. Bids without valid TCC/TCL and PPC registration will be rejected.

Bid Submission
Bids must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm by 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 30, 2024. Late Bids will be automatically rejected by the portal.
Bid Opening
An online bid opening will take place via the GOJEP on Tuesday, January 30, 2024 at 2:15 p.m. An automatic bid opening report will be available to all bidders who submit a bid by the stipulated bid close.
