Minister of State in the Ministry of Transport and Mining, Hon. J.C. Hutchinson, is expressing condolences to Minister of Transport and Mining, Honourable Robert Montague and his family, as they mourn the loss of his sister and cousin to COVID-19.

“I want to encourage my Minister, my colleague, to stay strong through this testing time. I pray that God will comfort him and his family as they deal with the grief caused by this tragedy.”

Permanent Secretary in the Ministry, Dr. Janine Dawkins, stated that “The staff of the Ministry stands with our Minister at this time of incredible personal loss. We also want to lift up in prayer all affected families across Jamaica, as we continue the work of overcoming the pandemic and attaining national recovery.”
